FAQs
Are the assets used copyright free?
Yes, our editor has a license for each of the assets used which includes music, sound effects, motion graphics, stock photos, and stock footage.
What is aspect ration and what should I choose for my project?
Aspect ratio (the ratio of the width to the height of an image) will depend on where you plan to use the video. Please refer to the image for further information on what aspect ratio is best for your video.
How will footage be transferred?
Option 1: You can transfer footage to us over Google Drive up to a maximum of 10 GB. We will then upload the completed video to Google Drive for you to view and download.
Option 2: If you have over 10 GB of footage, you will have to mail an SD card or USB with the footage to our office address. We will then upload the completed video to Google Drive for you to view and download.
What are some examples of motion graphics you can do:
Titles including main title, call-out titles, and lower thirds (i.e.: contextual information towards the bottom of the screen); Elements (i.e.: arrows, shapes, flames, smoke, lightning, snow falling, etc.); and Transitions.
What will be discussed during the consultation?
We will discuss what style you are looking to achieve for the video. We’ll ask you to share any example videos that inspired your desired style. We will also discuss audio, motion graphic, and color correction options to fit your style. We’ll discuss where you are looking to utilize the video (social media, website, etc.) and decide on an aspect ratio.
How long will the editing process take?
This will depend on the complexity of your video and the number of revisions requested.
Can you rush my video order?
We may be able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please inquire during the consultation.
What file formats do you accept for video footage?
We typically accept .mp4, .mov, and .avi files. Please inquire if you have a different format.
What if I don’t have any existing video footage?
We can help you source stock footage for an additional fee.
Can I provide my own music and sound effects?
Absolutely! We can also incorporate royalty-free options if needed.
Do you offer any package deals for video editing services?
We may offer package deals depending on your needs. Please inquire during the consultation.
How many revision rounds are included in the base price?
This will depend on the chosen package. We can discuss additional revisions during the consultation.
Do you offer scriptwriting services?
